G-WU RESERVATIONS POLICY

We want you to have the best possible experience when you visit us, so it’s really important that you check Government restrictions on the number of households that can socialise together before your visit.

We are an independent restaurant relying upon bookings being honoured by our guests or sufficient notice being given of any required changes to reservations. We, therefore, kindly request that diners give us a minimum of 24 hours notice if a cancellation or amendment is required.

We have a 15 minute grace period, after which your table can no longer be guaranteed. Please call us if you are running later than 15 minutes after your booked time.

Your table will be booked for 2 hours for parties of up to 4 and 2 hours  30 mins for parties of up to 6.

Bookings at peak times may require a deposit. If a deposit is required your enquiry is regarded as provisional until full payment of the deposit. The deposit can only be redeemed against your final bill and if not spent, the remainder will be forfeited.

When you arrive you will be asked to register your details. Please note that this is mandatory for all guests for Test and Trace purposes. Your data will not be used for any other purpose and will be disposed of securely within 21 days of your visit.

We ask that all guests wear a face covering when entering the restaurant and when not seated at their table, unless exempt.

We may contact you about your booking so please ensure your contact details are up to date.
